The Phra Somdej amulet is probably one of the most popular amulets in Thailand. It has been created by countless monks ever since the first Somdej amulet, Somdej Orahang or Ong Tee Neung, was consecrated by the Acting Supreme Patriarch of Thailand, Phra Sankharaj Suk from Wat Mahathat in B.E 2360-2363.
It was this amulet that formed the template for the later and possibly greatest Somdej amulets of all time created by Somdej Phra Buddhachan (Somdej Toh) from Wat Rakhang and Wat Bangkhunprom.
| This new amulet was created in commemoration of those famous amulets.
Indeed it is composed of fractures from many sacred amulets including the Pra Somdej Toh mentioned above, 108 kind of sacred herbs and sedges, and other scared constituents
More information about the constituents is available here

Furthermore it is the very first amulet to be created in two versions, each with a different supreme katha, namely Pra Katha Yod Phrakan Traipitok and Pra Katha jinabunchorn, inscribed onto the rear of the amulet. A truly unique amulet that looks stunning.
Worshippers who use this amulet will not only be protected by the amulet but also by the two powerful holy Buddhist spells.
The Pra Yod Phrakan Traipitok katha was originally found at an ancient Kru, or a cell that was filled with ancient amulets and other sacred things, in Sawarakalok city ( Sawarakalok District, Sukhothai province).
It is generally believed that this almighty Buddhist katha will render all good and prosperous things to the worshipper and if any one creates new copies of this spell equal to their own age, and donate the copies to monks, novices or even the general public, then all their grievances would be dispelled. It is also believed that if the worshippers recite the Yod Phrakan Traipitok seven days consecutively, all their sorrows and troubles would be dispelled.
The original version of Yod Phrakan Traipitok was written in ancient Khmer Language and was later translated into Thai. It was found engraved on an ancient stone which was found by Luangdharmathikorn (Luang Por Saeng), who later presented the katha to the Thai public.

Pra Katha Jinnabunchorn was an ancient Buddhist katha, inherited from Langka city, and was found in an ancient book by Somdej Pra Bhuddhachara Toh Prohmarangsri himself. He rewrote the spell for the Thai people.
Tha Pra Katha Jinabunchorn is believed to be the supreme Buddhist spell because the words of this katha invite the magic power of Lord Buddha Somdej Pra Sammasambuddhachao, other Lord Buddhas and Pra Arahuntaras (supreme monks who're nearly enlightened ) to protect the worshipper.
Buddhists believe that there are numerous Lord Buddhas in the universe, because many supreme persons had been enlightened before Lord Buddha himself, including for example Somdej Pra Sammasambuddhachao.
The Thais believe that the Pra Katha Jinabunchorn katha can protect worshippers from their heads to their toes in addition to dispelling all evil.
It's also believed that if any one recites this spell 10 times before they make contact with others, particularly in a business environment, all their wishes will be fulfilled.
Many famous guru monks participated in the chanting process.
