Shipping Policy

PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 14 DAYS FOR DELIVERY. This provides us sufficient time to pack your order and ensure all the correct documentation has been included.

We ship all orders via Courier in padded envelopes or cardboard boxes depending on the size of the order. All orders are fully insured against loss and damage. A 13 digit tracking/reference number will be issued as soon as your order has been dispatched.

To avoid unnecessary communication, please note the following:

1. We do not ship by registered or international mail.

2. Orders take up to 14 days to be delivered.

3. We do not rush ship orders under any circumstances.

Information about Customs.

Unless advised otherwise we will declare the contents of every package and your parcel may be subject to custom checks. We cannot be held responsible for any import duties, tax or customs seizure.

Shipping Insurance.

All our mail is fully insured. Should your order be lost or damaged in transit you will be re-imbursed the full payment or your purchase will be replaced.

Returns & Exchanges including Authenticity Disputes.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. However there are a number of reasons that an amulet may be returned, not least of which is the issue of authenticity.
