Luang Phor Da is highly respected having helped numerous individuals escape from the power of black magic which had previously blighted their lives. He has never asked for money for help given to anyone.
Many police and military have sought his amulets over the years as it is believed that owning one would protect the worshipper from severe danger and black magic.
History of Phra Pirab amulets in Thailand
Prapirab amulets are rarely created in Thailand now. It was said that during a sacred ceremony at The Royal Fine Arts Department to worship Prapirab, an official walked over the head of Prapirab. He subsequently became mysteriously ill. Upon X-ray the hospital reported strange objects within his chest cavity.
The official remembering his actions requested a special ceremony to apologize to the sacred soul. Almost immediately after his condition returned to normal, surprising the physicians treating him
(Note: Phra Pirab was a sacred angel, which derived from the ancient Hindu legends)
Actually the princviple reason that so few monks create these amulets is because of the associated risks. Unless the procedure is adhered to accuratelym, the monk risks damnation by Phra Pirab.
The sacred ceremony to create Phra Pirab amulets must not be organized during thundering or lightning.
Everyone within the ceremonial area must give respect to Phra Pirab’s head. Not doing, or not paying absolute attention could endanger the life of that individual
The creator of Phra Pirab amulets must worship the sacred soul with his own blood. Not doing so would render the amulets ineffective, or may face serious danger in the future. It has been reported that one individual who did not make such a sacrifice was involved in a serious car accident in the Spankhao area of Bangkok. It is said that Phra Pirab came to his dreams and said that now he had sacrificed his blood in the accident.
