A number of these delightful Guman Thong were created by Ajahn Yaem some 5-6 years ago. About 5 different types were blessed and this is the silver version

These are generally known as first batch Guman Thong and hence highly collectible, if you can find them.

It is well-known among amulet collectors nowadays that Ajahn Yaem of Wat Sam Ngam is the guru monk who makes the best Guman Thong statues and amulets, after the late Luang Phor Tae Kong Thong of Wat Sam Ngam.

The Guman Thong amulets and statues made by Ajahn Yen are widely-known to be highly efficacious and responsive to people who have worn or kept them at home. This is because Ajahn Yen had studied the art of making efficacious Kumanthong statues from the Father of all Kumanthong, Luang Phor Tae.

Luang Phor Tae's Guman T hong statues are the best ones around. However, Luang Phor Tae's Kumanthong statues and amulets are very expensive and Ajahn Yen's pieces can be effectively used as substitutes for people who do not wish to spend a fortune or risk the possibility of receiving a fake Luang Phor Tae piece.

Although there are many monks and masters making Guman Thong amulets nowadays, it is not easy to create real good Guman Thong amulets and statues.

The consecration process for Guman Thong images is very different from the one for normal Buddhist amulets as the master making the Guman Thong images has to be able to communicate with and call the Guman Thong spirits into the images. It requires years of practice and experience for a master to be able to do this. The lineage of Ajahn Yaem and Luang Phor Tae is recognised by most people as the lineage which is able to perform this art at its best.

Many people who have worn or kept Guman Thong images made by Ajahn Yaem and Luang Phor Tae have reported various good experiences, such as striking the lottery, having premonitions about future events in their lives and receiving guidance and blessings from Guman Thong in dreams or visions. Other people have experienced better luck after wearing this amulet and find their lives made much more easier than before.

The Guman Thong is made from graveyard soil and Phong Guman Plaai, (predominantly made up of bone material) highly valuable for making supernatural objects.

Guman Thong ashes hold the actual spirit of the Guman Thong, thereby bringing supernatural power to the amulet.

Guman Thong amulets and statues made by Ajahn Yaem are excellent for many kinds of purposes, most famously in the areas of fortune-fetching, bringing good luck and making oneself well-liked by people around him. It is also good for improving one's interpersonal relationships and attracting people.

The two hands of the Guman Thong are held up in beckoning gesture, in order to call upon luck and fortune to come to the wearer of the amulet.
