Arbitration is normally confidential in two ways. Number one, there is no public record of the case as would be if the matter went to court. And number two, the arbitrator's records are protected from disclosure.

A confidentiality agreement shall be signed as a private agreement between Buddhist-amulets.com (The Guarantor) and correspondent party (The Purchaser) promising not to make public the case or reveal the arbitration decision.

Both parties agree to be bound by the decision.
